December Employee Spotlight: Meet Danielle

This month’s employee spotlight features Danielle Maxwell, an exceptional RBT with our Avon team. Danielle is diligently pursuing her aspiration of becoming a BCBA during her time here at Cornerstone, and we couldn’t be prouder! Her affection extends not only to her cherished clients but also to her beloved pets.
What dreams or goals have you accomplished since coming to Cornerstone? Or what are some dreams/goals that you’re currently working on?
“I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Special Education with a certificate in ABA. In May, I”ll graduate and be one step closer to my dream of being a BCBA!”
What do you like to do in your free time?
“In my free time, my husband and I enjoy spoiling our pets. We have three cats and one dog that are spoiled rotten!”
What’s your favorite thing about working with children with autism or about working at Cornerstone?
“I get the privilege of working with the coolest kids. I love celebrating their wins with them, big and small. These kids work so hard, so I love it when they are proud of themselves.”
