Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
The RBT role is the entry point for those looking to begin a rewarding career in ABA therapy. As an RBT, you’ll work directly with children in one-on-one sessions, helping them build essential communication, social, and life skills. New hires participate in our immersive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) training program, leading to certification as an RBT. With ongoing mentorship and opportunities for growth, this role is the first step toward a fulfilling career in the field.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
BCBAs are the clinical leaders at Cornerstone, responsible for designing and overseeing personalized therapy plans for each child. In this role, you’ll guide and mentor RBTs, collaborate with families, and ensure the highest standards of care. BCBAs play a vital role in shaping each child’s progress and fostering a supportive, team-based approach to therapy.
