For Autism Awareness Month, Christopher Fales spoke to the Cornerstone staff about his experiences living on the autism spectrum. From life in elementary school to attending college to working full-time, Christopher enlightens staff on how he has made his way to where he is standing today.
In this video, Christopher describes how he has embraced himself as an “autist,” and he explains what this word he created means to him. He also took a brave step by sharing his story with a large group of over 80 people.
“I do try to not let the inability to do something stop me from doing it…hence this speech,” Christopher said.
