July Employee Spotlight: Meet Nikki
Name: Nikki Williams
Position: RBT
Our July employee spotlight features the wonderful Nikki Williams! In her free time, Nikki enjoys quality moments with her corgi, diving into true crime documentaries, reading on her Kindle, and a bit of online shopping. Inspired by her mother’s strength and her coworkers’ constant support, Nikki brings her best to Cornerstone every day. She loves celebrating each child’s achievements and treasures the memory of hearing her client say her name for the first time. Join us in celebrating Nikki’s dedication and the joy she brings to our Cornerstone family!
What do you like to do in your free time?
“I love to spend time with my corgi, watch true crime documentaries, read on my Kindle, and online shopping.”
Who (or what) inspires you?
““First, my mom! She’s the most patient, loving, and the strongest person I know! I strive to be half the woman she is. Second, my coworkers! They are always ready to help whenever they need it! They help me every day to improve my skills as an RBT!”
What’s your favorite thing about working with children with autism or about working at Cornerstone?
“I love that we always celebrate the kids’ accomplishments, big or small. Seeing the kids’ faces light up after accomplishing something warms my heart, knowing we will always cheer them on!”
What’s your favorite memory so far at Cornerstone?
“When my client said my name for the first time! Now, every time he sees me, he says “Hi Nikki!”
