Who (or what) inspires you? (And why?)
“Janine from the show Abbott Elementary really inspires me. She is an educator as well, and she always inspires her kids to be themselves and create opportunities for them.
What’s your favorite memory so far at Cornerstone?
“My favorite memory would have to be when I was doing the Wendy’s ordering program with my ex-client. We’d go up to the front office and place the order with cashiers (Lindsey and Tori), and wait nicely until the cashier called our number, and he’d go up to grab the correct tray of food!:)”
What are some small moments of joy you experience daily in your work?
“Opening the door in the morning for all the kiddos and seeing their smiles and cute outfits really makes my morning.”
What’s a hobby or activity you’re passionate about outside of work?
“I’m an avid role-player, LARPer, or in plain, simple words, nerd :). I love to build my fantasy world, write the folklords, and create magical beings that thrive in the world I build and role-play as the residents of said world with friends and write our own adventures.”
Do you have a favorite quote or life motto that you live by?
“’Helping only ourselves is bad and helping each other is good’ – Jeff Winger, Community. My goal in life is to help. :)”
What’s one thing on your bucket list that you’re hoping to accomplish?
“One thing on my bucket list is taking a trip to Belgium to see my friend who helps autistic adults in a group home in Antwerp, Belgium. It’s wonderful making a difference in the work with the people I adore. :)”
