Who (or what) inspires you? (And why?)

“The RBTs I work with inspire me. Seeing them being goofy and weird with the kiddos and being there through all the good and bad. They make me want to show up to help support them so I can have an impact on their day and in turn, help the clients. I love working with this bunch of weirdos. Each one is unique.”

What’s your favorite thing about working with children with autism, or about working at Cornerstone?

“I love working with all these kiddos because each one is unique, just as any other. Seeing kids learn to speak, read, and do all kinds of things makes me want to continue to improve and help the next kiddo.”

What skill or lesson have you learned here that you’ll carry with you forever?

“Everyone has challenges, stressful days, and moods. Accepting help and learning to always improve and learn from mistakes is okay. Acceptance and patience is key!”

What’s a hobby or activity you’re passionate about outside of work?

“Being nerdy and playing board games, Dungeons and Dragons, working out, or going on a hike with my dog and wife.”

Do you have a favorite quote or life motto that you live by?

“I want to be a person where people fight to carry my coffin instead of fighting to leave my funeral.”

What’s one thing on your bucket list that you’re hoping to accomplish?

“Travel to 10 different countries.”
