To help our clients reach their potential, we support our team of dedicated clinicians by promoting collaboration and teamwork, providing continuous training and opportunities for advancement.
New hires participate in our immersive training program in Applied Behavior Analysis, leading to certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). We also provide training in Professional Crisis Management (PCM), which provides the skills necessary to appropriately handle maladaptive behaviors. Having an in-house training department allows us to provide timely and comprehensive evaluations, ensuring our staff feel supported and continually perfecting their skills.
