When parents Debbie and David Ide were unhappy with the options for their child with autism, they didn’t wait for someone else to create a solution—they decided to do it themselves. With business backgrounds and experience in running both in-home and center-based autism therapy programs, this duo set out to create an environment that they and other parents would prefer.
The pair knew early on that for kids to reach their potential, parents and caregivers need to be empowered and staff need to feel respected and appreciated. Focusing on these three pillars not only leads to incredible balance but also creates a winning combination for children, their parents, and their therapists.
The premise was simple and quickly translated into the company’s mission statement.
