What does Cornerstone mean to you?

“Hope, Challenge and Empowerment are what Cornerstone means to me. We offer and give hope for a more productive and fulfilling life. We push limits and set high expectations. Through accomplishment we fade back and foster independence.”

What is the most inspiring aspect of being a part of being a leader?

“The most inspiring aspect of being a part of Cornerstone is seeing the compelling difference that is made in the lives of those we serve. It is real time change that occurs before your eyes. Everything about this service model from the setting, to the staffing ratio and intensity, to the underlying science and competence of the staff sets the child up for success. That success comes in a quicker, and more sustained way than any other model I have worked.”

How would you describe your overall experience at Cornerstone within a sentence?

“It has been a thrilling progression from the energy and enthusiasm of 9 employees to the depth and reach of over 100.”
