Erica is known around the Polk center for her bedside manner and putting others at ease. After all, she is a registered nurse! After receiving her Masters in ABA and becoming a BCBA, Erica and her husband, Aaron, had a beautiful daughter named Katie, bought their dream home and are planning their first trip to Europe. She loves spending time with family and friends, binge watching Netflix, traveling, and cuddling with her 100-pound lap dog, Artie. Erica attributes her positive attitude and goal-oriented outlook to her daily, multiple, doses of coffee and the fact she has a vital role in changing the lives of children with autism each day.
Erica’s goal is to one day start a social group for children with autism on the south-side of Indy with her friend and co-worker, Rachelle. Their hope is to incorporate ABA principles for those individuals on the spectrum while allowing the parents to receive support at the same time.
